"Wow, the views from the onsen were sooooo nice. And the onsen was incredible.
The room was also excellent (Japanese style futon), and both dinner and breakfast were great and full of options.
Plus, this is the best jumping off point to get into Shiretoko national park. Highly highly recommend!!!"

"ホテルは清潔で食事も良いです。しかし ホテルの外で車を誘導するスタッフの奈良さん(スキンヘッド)の対応は高圧的、且つ、威圧的で最悪でした。ホテルの近くにスーパーマーケットがあるか聞いたのですが、知床に初めて来た客に対して、「そこにT字路があるじゃないですか」といきなり言われても、通って来ていないし知床は初めて来たし分からない旨を伝えると突然に大声で怒鳴りつけるようにイライラしながら早口でまくし立てられました。そんな言い方はしないでくれという趣旨のことを言いましたが、それに対してお詫びもせず、最後まで高圧的で、威張り散らされました。部屋も食事も素晴らしかったのですが、一人のスタッフの対応の悪さで非常に残念なホテルになりました。"
