「The room was not clean, there was still used soap in the shower, the bin was absolutely filthy on the outside. Needed to use the freezer in the fridge, but not able to use due to being completely iced up.」

「We’re not notified of smaller cabin until after fees were deducted from card. The booking site said camp bed available on request but manager had no clue. My teenage son spent the nights in a swag that we bought with us. Cabin was 6x2m, not suitable for family of 4. Hot water not switched to full gas tank before we arrived. Wifi provided but didn’t work. Cupboards dirty, stains on pull out couch mattress cover and extra blankets unwashed and smelly. After 2 nights, we left a day earlier...
