Dormy Inn Takamatsuchuokoenmae Natural Hot Spring
10/10 Excellent
"Great location for what we wanted. Unexpected free noodles offered at night. Spa was spotlessly clean."
Hotel Patio Dogo
10/10 Excellent
"Love this spot. Super central location and elevator parking garage made the stop and planning so easy. Also, staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay!"

JR Clement Inn Takamatsu Hyogomachi
10/10 Excellent
"Great location and very convenient for getting around. The hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from the train station and right beside a lively local shopping street with a wide variety of restaurants and dining options. There is also a convenience store downstairs, which is very useful. The location provides easy access to many of the major tourist attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel's location and convenience. Friendly staff, and love the mini drink bar and resting area at the reception."
Hotel Aisul Matsuyama
10/10 Excellent
"Though the hotel is an older hotel, still really enjoyed my stay. The staff were super helpful and kind. The room was also clean, even though an older style I still enjoyed staying here. Also close to the JR line and tram lines. Thank you :)"
KOKO HOTEL Takamatsu
8/10 Good
"Efficient check in. Allowed us to store our luggage before check in as we arrived earlier than planned. Room on the small side (for a double) but well maintained with limited storage space. Breakfast had good variety of dishes. Very good location on quiet side street, walking distance from the local train station and Ritsurin Garden. Close to many restaurants and shops."

What is the difference between a 4-star and 3-star hotel in Shikoku?
The most obvious difference between a 3- and 4-star hotel in Shikoku will be the level of service and access to creature comforts. Three-star hotels are usually more wallet-friendly and come with the amenities and services required to be comfy, such as WiFi, breakfast and a gym. You can count on a little more at a 4-star hotel — think upscale décor, deluxe toiletries and extra touches like on-site day spas.
What is the difference between a 3-star hotel and a motel in Shikoku?
One of the perks of choosing a motel around Shikoku is budget-friendly rates. This means more pennies in your pocket for sightseeing tours. Often set near major roads and airports, and with on-site parking, this style of getaway is a popular option among road trippers. When you check in to a 3-star hotel, you'll get more than just comfy accommodations to sleep in. You'll also typically have access to amenities like business facilities and a gym.
