「The bar area was nice and fun」

「My only issue was the heat was not working in our original room. Once the staff confirmed our issue we were immediately moved to another room with no other issues」

「My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience. I arrived at around 7:30 PM so it was not a late, late night arrival.
