"The staff was wonderful. If I had to say anything uncomplimentary it was regarding breakfast. Scrambled eggs dry, french toast inedible. However, the staff were wonderful."

"The hotel staff were great. They were pleasant and helpful when asked. The cleaning crew used too much cleaning compound leaving the floor sticky and a chemical order. The regular staff redid the bathroom floor and another helped me to open the window so that I could air out the room. Management changed my room so that I did not have to walk stairs as I forgot to request this. Staff was polite and willing to assist me."
