"in fairness, the place was being renovated. the room rate was overvalued for the room. room was likely worth $75 a night, not $113 plus tax. maybe it will be worth it when the renovations are done. not now. "

Our room was immaculate, staff was beyond friendly, especially the chef in the restaurant, Ramon. Our room was spacious and had plenty of amenities. This was our second stay here, and we will be staying here on our next visit to Louisville! "

"Facility needs updating and refreshing. Carpet, paint and plaster need work. Hot tub was not operational and the fitness room doesn't have anything to workout with.Great beds, quiet and enjoyed the stay for the amount paid."

"Our heater may have worked, but it stank like burning coils, so we couldn't use it. The fridge was on full blast but didn't keep things cold, and that is one reason we got a room with a fridge; for our babies formula. There was a loud buzzing noise the entire stay, never did figure out where that was coming from. The bathroom was dirty...someone cut their hair and it was all over the shelf next to the sink. Certainly not worth over 200 dollars for the night. Disappointed."

"Parking was secure and safe. A lot of food and things in the area to do it seemed. Only stayed one night. Pool was clean however could use some maintenance. Overall the hotel was clean: breakfast was hot and had good choices. Room was clean but my biggest complaint was the bathroom. The tub was not level and pooled water. The bathroom needed updating. The shower head wasn’t great. The tub was slippery. Our bed was very elevated. My mother is 4”10 and in her 70’s she could not get in it without assistance. "
