「Great value for the money. I needed a room prior to flying out from Albany Inter Airport, and didn’t want to spend a lot for a few hours stay. This hotel was perfect! Reasonably priced, very clean, good bedding and towels, great shower and water pressure, and safe parking. I left very early in AM so missed out on the free breakfast, but did see the dining area which was clean and neat. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I will definitely book with them again when flying out of Albany!」

「There was construction happening on the road in front of the hotel, which was not their fault, so the hotel gave out earplugs and tried to book me into a room far away from the noise. The room was nice, and I enjoyed the stay as a result.」

「While the hotel itself is fine we reached out before through the expedia platform when we made the booking requesting a late checkout. Someone messaged us and asked what time are we looking to checkout and we said 12pm if possible. They then told us that is their standard checkout time. When we got there the guy at the front desk insisted otherwise and said that we didn't speak to the hotel we spoke to someone through expedia. What's the point of that if the messages state its coming from the...
