"Driving into Mobile I felt home. I felt like I had returned home. When I pulled into the Hilton garden inn, went in and met the young lady at the counter, she was an amazing representative for the hilton. She helped me with my service animal, got me checked in and told me exactly how much I was going to owe because I wasn't even sure I was going to be able to stay due to having to rent a car that morning that set me back and put a hold on my card. I was able to afford it, and she was amazing and got me all settled in. The next morning I came down to the buffet and the amazing woman working at the buffet was so friendly and welcoming and got me set up with a to-go box so that I got breakfast for my son and some snacks for myself, and even got me a couple of snacks for my service animal. I was there Thursday and Friday night, and they got me taken care of Saturday morning with breakfast as well. The woman at the buffet was amazing and the counter staff were great checking out. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Everyone that I met that was staying there was friendly, and everyone that I met that was an employee was friendly and helpful. Parking was never an issue, and nobody harassed my service dog, and everybody was respectful of her. I kept a kennel in my room so that when I had to go out, my dog could stay in the kennel. My son and I enjoyed our room very much. The AC was as cold as you wanted it. The shower was amazing, as well as the pool and the hot tub. Bring your suit"

"I was surprised how nice this hotel and rooms were. Staff was well above average. I will only stay at this hotel when in the area going forward!"

"The king room we booked had a bad A/C so they put us in a different room with two beds. The room was clean but we found a pair in socks between the beds. The mattress was very soft and not comfortable. Then the TV went out. I called now at 6 pm and the front desk lady said there was no one there to fix it. Said she didn't know anything about the TV just shut it off and wait to turn it back on. I asked what we were supposed to do if it didn't work and she just kept saying she was the only one there and couldn't fix it. Thankfully the TV came on after an hour an hour. Netflix didn't work because it said we needed a non commercial upgrade to watch at that hotel. Friendly front desk lady on check in and out. I will look at another hotel in the area."

"Nice place. Couch was a bit used. And found an open condom in the parking spot we pulled into. Other than that the lady at the desk was so polite! Much better then prior sites we stayed."

"When we arrive the front desk attend was not very welcoming, not sure if she was tried or didn't getting enough sleep, it was about 3p. She wanted to know if we booked with Expedia, as if it was a problem, after being checked in there wasn't any HOT WATER the next attend said Let it run for 10min, i stated to her my 63 year old husband just took a COLD SHOWER, and the water is still COLD. She stated we book full and she didn't know what to tell me. She will get the maintenence there in the morning, she stated she couldn't move us to another room because there wasn't any left. She stated she was going to call her Manager, i really didn't care who she called we're to old to be talking a COLD SHOWER. Thanks to whoever she talked with, she moved us the next day. And our stay was much better. "
