We are passing through Sao Sebastiao and stayed for two nights there. Right next to bus station. 16 minutes walk to ferry to cross over to ilhabela. 10 minutes walk to the promenade, with lot of bars and Resturants. Good breakfast and free coffee and tea and snacks all day. Staffs and the woner are very friendly and accommodating. Perfect stay for us.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The service was impeccable and the attendants were unbelievably caring and paid attention to our every need. We didn’t want to leave.

What a relaxing stay! I enjoyed the fresh fruit and juices each morning for breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Special shout out to Joel who speaks English and helped me a lot! The room was very clean, and I especially enjoyed the well functioning air conditioner and ceiling fan. Nothing beats sitting by the pool or in their comfortable sitting area at the end of the day with a nice, crisp glass of white wine. Also loved that I simply had to tell the staff at the beach what Pousada I was...

Great property accurately portrayed!

Small intimate luxury hotel in excellent central location. Walk to restaurants, shopping, beach. Friendly staff, parking on site, comfortable rooms. An excellent breakfast with cook to order eggs. There is a small pool and outdoor shower. The beach is across the street. The hotel has a restaurant which specializes in pizza from a wood fired oven. On the beach they also have a bar. You can charge restaurant and beach bar to your room. Our room, number 16, was very spacious. The air conditioning...

I would highly recommend Toca Da Praia. The Pousada is cute and comfortable with an amazing pool/common area and delicious breakfast. The staff are super friendly and accommodating as well. I was so impressed with everything they provided.

A very pleasant stay. The hotel is brand new, and you can tell they paid attention to every detail. Everything is clean, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is amazing and the service is consistently great! The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and if you’re carrying a lot, they can take you there in a tuk-tuk from the hotel, which is very convenient. The pool is nice, they even have a wet sauna, and I understand they are planning to build a spa and gym too. The only small...

What a clean and cozy studio with am amazing location; nestled away from the busy street. The privacy and service were amazing wit h a gorgeous pool area to relax in and soak the scenery.

Close to downtown. Clean room. Simple but a good option for short stay in town

Excellent

staff was helpful

The staff was friendly and always willing to help when asked. The breakfast buffet had very good selection. The room was comfortable and always clean when we came back to the room And the ceviche was excellent!

I love this hotel. We had a fabulous time. The hotel is on the beach which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff is helpful and kind. Not all of the staff speaks English - not a problem but good to know. Our room was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food options. Lots of restaurants available within walking distance. And did I mention the beach?! That’s my favorite part. I love just leaving my hotel room and having my feet in the sand just a...

Barra do Piuva was simply stunning. The views and amenities of the hotel were some of the best I've ever encountered in the world. The only downside was that it was rather empty when we stayed during the week so we were the only ones at breakfast and dinner both days. Also had to seek out people to get drinks and things while near the pool. Other than that, the stay was totally relaxing. The staff were very helpful even without us speaking Portuguese. Was definitely worth it!
