Santa Barbara Beach 3 Stars Hotels

"The hotel was right in front of the boats, which was really nice, close to the beach.Had the north suite.Only thing we can improve on is to make sure we have keys to get in through the front door being on the north suite had to walk around just to get in.I don't like ringing a doorbell and having to wait on someone for them to open the door. Breakfast was nice when I came down.The only thing is, I had to pretty much ring the doorbell again.So I can have someone open it up because people inside, I understand that are very weary of anyone.Trying to come in, if it's locked. I think we can try to improve that entrance.A little better rather than having to ring for someone to open the door for us.If we have key access already, I feel like we should be able to tap and be able to have access to that hallway. "

"Room was simple, clean, comfortable. Overlooked the greenway. Front desk was excellent with check in, check out, and contacting me when I forgot something in the room after check out. Free parking and breakfast were nice perks. "

"The hotel was beautiful and staff was very kind. The pool are was beautiful well maintained and relaxing. Surrounding area, however, is close to a park with a lot of homeless people. That is not a fault of the hotel but more so the city. I have not been to Santa Barbara in a while, and the homeless population is out of control."
