"There is no smoking in the hotel or casino. The food is very good, the staff is very nice, and the pool is absolutely gorgeous. This is a hidden gem I almost hate to reveal, but it's a hotel that deserves success for the pleasant, clean restful oasis it is."

"The staff was friendly, engaging, and accommodating. Though it seemed that since I was a local I had to put down a deposit. Plus I was given a subpar room that by the indents in the carpet, had recently had the table taken out of it and pictures taken off the wall. Also it was right next to the stairwell. Though the reration area; pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room were all perfect . So as long as you're not a local your chances of getting a five star stay are increased."

"We really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was right across the street from the Kiva Auditorium where we had tickets to a program. It was easy to find, and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. "

"Front desk was not knowledgeable about rooms and was not willing to change room due to freeway noise. No check-in info on how to use room air conditioningg/heat Room charge for food and incidentals were extra and confusing and we were billed for items twice."

"Was unique with lots of fun photo opp areas. Room was cute, comfy beds, great mirrors, great tub but keurig didn’t work and we booked for 3 adults but room was only set up with enough towels and coffee for two. Be sure to check your messages and reply or you won’t get maid service. Big problem with homelessness in this area drifting in and around which was a scary problem since there is no designated smoking area, they make you walk out to the sidewalk which is right on the strip where they...

"The hotel and bar were lovely! The gardens and outside 24hr spa were very nice. Downtown seems like it has really gone down hill but this facility was very enjoyable. "
