"The property has great access to Sendai station and the surrounding shops. The building is secure and has extremely useful amenities like laundry which was extremely easy to use. When I checked in the staff was well trained, some of them even have a great level of English proficiency and even when there were language difficulties the concierge handled them courteously and clearly. I recommend this hotel to anyone."

You have a mini fridge, heater/AC, desk, chair. They can hold your luggage, but in the open area lobby. They have a restaurant attached & breakfast. "
