「Housekeeping is a bit of a nightmare. They promise refresh every two days. Didn't happen. Even after making a verbal request at the front desk. No housekeeping. The manager got involved and solved the problem immediately. Kirk, is actually a pretty good manager, and has a lovely front desk staff. In an outdoor mall that's full of shopping and restaurants, but be advised, the whole thing pretty much shuts down at 9. Only a few restaurants remain open, and the hotel breakfast is very weak....
