「This resort was awful. We got there and were told that the main pool and access to the beach were not accessible. Beware of the extra fees they want to charge you as that added another 130$ to the trip. The rooms were big but not clean and hair was all over the room. The location was terrible with nothing within a 15-20 minute drive of the resort. I highly recommend you look at other places. 「Nice hotel. Only issue occurred when we tried to order breakfast. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order, we gave up and went somewhere else for breakfast.」

「Clean room, easy checkin」

「I had issues with getting into my room with the card and had that changed out 3 times. Noticed the floors were not clean and found a dead cockroach under the sink. The following day room was restocked with towels but noticed they didn’t clean the room because the roach was still there and floors were still nasty. On top of that there was no breakfast, they only had waffles and coffee. They definitely made their images look really good but in reality wasn’t not great!!!」
