「We had a nice stay at this property. The Living Unit was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. There were minor maintenance issues that indicate a bit of inattentiveness on the part of staff, such as burnt out light bulbs, broken bedstand light, and non responsive ceiling fan fixture in the sitting space. Be advised that this property demands significant personal details prior to arrival. The most egregious of which is a demand for an electronic copy of ones drivers license sent via e-mail!...

「Perfect location for 2 families of 4. Bus stop for Winter Park is right across the street and WAY easier than trying to park at the resort. Just note, there's a hot tub in the pictures, but no mention of it anywhere when you get there. We would definitely stay again. 」

「Everything was as described. All went very well. Would stay again. Only two suggestions, replace carpet, replace shower curtain. They have both seen better days. Except for that I would certainly stay again. Hot tub is a true value if you're skiing.」

「Extremely clean; everything was like new; super close to all restaurants and 4 minutes away from Winter Park Resort; bed was the best bed I’ve ever slept on; free parking, very secure place, all around 5 stars . Recommended 」

「Overall it was fine. Safeway at the bottom of the hill was suprisingly good with decent prices and variety. Pool, tennis courts, etc are open 9 am to 8:50 pm. Adult hot tub, family join, and heated pool. 3 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, 1 squash court, 1 volleyball. Decent weight room setup. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. We had a hiccup with the wifi the first day and were given a number to phone. It got better after that. 」
