「Room clean, however noticeable age seen. Apparent leak that had been repeatedly painted over, vent cover in stairway up to loft not been cleaned in a long time and when the sun hit the far wall of room, it was quite evident where the cleaners were unable to reach, as the better part of the wall was covered in a fuzzy film of dust. Staff were lovely, pool was clean. Great hotel for a young family. 」

「Our door didn't lock. We told someone at the front desk about it, and they said they'd take a look, while we went out to catch our boat. We didn't receive an update (either by phone or text), so we figured everything was ok, and they figured out what was wrong. When we came back though, we couldn't get back in our rooms -- I guess when they fixed the lock, it disabled our cards too. Anyway, we had to go to the front desk again and explain what happened to the person working the evening shift...
