「Beautiful location, clean rooms, super comfy beds, owner was super nice and welcoming! 」

My biggest issue is that there was no one in the office for check in, our key was in an envelope with our names on it taped to the office door with a page of instructions, and we had to call the number on the instruction sheet to find out about things like the wifi only to be told that it was in “the notebook”.
