Rustic Oaks 3 Stars Hotels

"The staff wasn't very friendly upon arrival. She gave us a room without a balcony despite booking a room with one. We returned to the front desk to inform her and I showed her my reservation but she replied that I had booked through a 3rd party and they don't always match up. Get this, there was hardly any other guests in the entire hotel so the question is "why would she even do that?". She agreed to give us a different room and it was wonderful. It was spacious and had a nice kitchenette. The beds were comfortable with 4 soft pillows each. The breakfast each morning was simple but really pretty good. It's a super convenient location and just a short walk to the beach. The other staff that we encountered were very friendly. We would stay here again."

"Loved that it was convenient to River Walk and Trolley to go to Ybor City. Restaurant was nice and the pool was nice to sit outside early evening. We also were shuttled to our port which was very appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with info on getting around"
