「No complaints w our hotel stay. Staff was friendly & helpful. Kids spent alot of time in the pool & game room. Rooms were clean (only noticeable issue was ice bucket was dirty). We'll definitely be back.」

「The bathroom was not cleaned. It needed to be mobbed really bad. That was only negative I had. The overnight attendant's was very helpful and friendly. He is the reason I will come back.」

The condos were run down, windows very dirty, furniture was beyond use,trash cans outside the door had a terrible odor. The outlay of French Quarter was excellent, it appears years of lack of maintenance and repairs have severely damaged a once great resort. Again the staff was excellent .」

「Getting out of the car there were cigarette butts all over the parking lot where the staff would go out and smoke and throw them down, The hotel immediately stunk like dog when you walk in. (I didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel before booking) The elevator didn’t work properly, took you 10 tries just to get the door shut. They masked the smell of dog with cheap wall fragrances that gagged you bc it was too strong, the floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped since the place...

「The room was clean and comfortable even though it was tiny. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very charming. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site but we did order drinks at the bar and enjoyed them on the patio which was lovely. The only negative thing I have to say is that the entire building has an odor that is very off putting. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.」
