皇家棕櫚廣場 3 星級飯店

「Super」

「Me fui antes de tiempo, porque el aire hacía mucho ruido y la habitación tenía mal olor」

「The hotel itself is nice, but the room could use a couple of fixes. Took forever to get hot water in the shower and the water pressure was terrible. The bed sheets have seen better days. They were rough and peely feeling and had hair on them. I don’t think they weren’t clean but I think due to their poor texture they were a magnet for hair to get stuck during laundering. Other than that it was a good hotel.」

「The parking was bad. It took us 15 minutes to find a spot. Our room was so cold we could not get to to go warm. It was 66 in the room and the AC was very loud. Not happy」

「It’s a great experience. I slept well.」

「房间发现了蟑螂，早餐不错。总体性价比不高」

「Great」

「I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.」

「Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」
