"I love the location of this hotel. I’m able to walk along the Riverwalk. The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is that our shower/tub trained very slowly when ever we showered."

"I think this hotel needs a renovation. The one in San Antonio where we stayed, Hampton Inn riverwalk was TERRIBLE! Not one day did they clean our room! People wee not as nice, they were a bit rude I would say. Also the parking was also new for mi. Thankfully I have a permit for handicap but to CHARGE for the parking is a ripoff. I have gone several times to Hampton Inn in San Antonio but believe me, I do not consider staying there again. NOT 1 DAY DID THEY CLEAN OUR ROOM. Austin was only OK...

"the only item causing me to flag this hotel not as excellent is that during rush hour, due to folks trying to get on I-35 South, exiting the hotel parking lots can sometimes be a bit frustrating if folks won't let you in."

"Property was nice and parking was widely available. The bathrooms, especially the shower were dark, not much light available. "

"It’s an Ok hotel.. I came in and and immediately had an issue with my reservation. I went to the dining area and saw another family with the same issue. Finally got checked in and the hotel tried to take an additional room fee off my card.. Not a place to return to ‼️"

"We came in for UT Family Weekend. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean, and the entire hotel was spotless. Everyone was nice. We have stayed here before and we love all the Embassy Suites that we have stayed in from Chicago, Colorado, Texas and Florida. The breakfast was delicious! "
