「I liked the Hotel Rock but it needs some improvements. Pros: loved the bartenders and drinks at the restaurant, Per Diem, cool atmosphere, good location. Cons: staff didn't explain anything about property at check-in, no dishes/utensils/glassware, even though we had a suite with a kitchenette. There were 3 of us staying in the suite (I had to give everyone's name at check-in). However, we had to ask for an extra bath towel both nights of our stay since they only provided two. 」

「I really enjoy visiting family & staying at this hotel. The facilities are great, comfy beds & amenities we come back to again & again. Staff is friendly & attentive, and they keep everything spotless. I look forward to returning soon. 」
