羅克福德 3 星級飯店

「NA」

「We arrived at 2:00AM the front desk came to the counter after a few minutes checked us in. We went straight up to the room opened the door and right there in the doorway was a big, dead, cockroach. We didn’t even enter the room. We to the front desk and told him we were not staying. He offered to give us a different room. We refused and left. He was nice and told us our to go about getting our refund. If the bugs are in one room I’m sure they are in the entire place.」

「Staff had no personality but everything else was awesome」

「This was the worst experience. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and wrecked. Our initially assigned room had a faulty door, and when we returned late at night, we couldn't get it open. We had to make multiple trips to the office before finally being given a new room. The AC was terrible as well. I would not recommend this place for families.」

「Everything was great one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in」
