「Lo que no me gusto que yo reserve para 7 personas que eramos 5 adultos y 2 niños pero no habia leido que los menores de 17 años no pagaban y me los cobraron y al hacer el checking me dijeron que me iban hacer un ajuste pero nunca lo hicieron」

「Very convenient, it is pet friendly just wished I didnt have a room so close to two yappy dogs, but needed to go out and do what dogs do. Also wished the hotel had bar soap for hand washing, apparently was on backorder. Out front there were 4-5 shattered slate tiles that people and our pet friends have to walk on, that probably should get some attention. The overall stay was nice the breakfast was very nice, very attentive staff for breakfast, many thanks.」

「房卡無功能, 花了50分鐘無法解決, 只好換房間了事. 但處理過程中櫃台人員態度及其經理心態很差. 因為他 們認為我不會用. 期間我來回跑了3次櫃台. 他們才肯過來處理.」
