「The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The resort is beautiful. Cabins are not on top of each other. It is convenient having the restaurants on the property and we appreciated breakfast being included in the price. We stayed in Cabin 12. 「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」

「The inside looked like it had been recently renovated. It was more than enough room for 8 people. The kids loved the loft! The location was great. We came in late winter/early spring and it was perfect hiking weather with the kids. The kitchen was more than large enough to make pizzas for dinner and bacon and pancakes for breakfast. I highly recommend taking their suggestion of bringing your own streaming device if you want to do movie night; they make set up very easy. We can’t wait to come...
