「Nice hotel in the middle of the Taos main plaza. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel/plaza. Hotel parking is behind the hotel, at a cost of $10 per night. Rooms are not your typical hotel style rooms. They have a rustic character to them that is different from the conventional hotels most people use. Note: When I stayed there in August 2025, there was remodeling being done on the plaza itself, so part of it looks like a construction site. However...

「I only stayed for a day but it was a stay to remember. The check in time was later than I’m used to but you have your own parking spot reserved with your room, you walk though a beautiful garden to get to the room, we reserved the storyteller suite, so our view faces the setting sun which was gorgeous. 「Overall the place was amazing. We were at max capacity with 8 people and there was still plenty of room. We never felt cramped at all. The kitchen was fully stocked, and patio had a bbq grill that worked very well. The place was clean, the linens smelled fresh, washer and dryer, and even a steam room. The two main rooms had window AC units that helped a lot as we were staying in the middle of summer. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Vernon is amazing! In a world where customer service isn't valued anymore, this place is a gem! I don't think the photos really do justice - the place was a lot bigger than I expected and they have EVERYTHING - coffee, cups, plates, microwave, soap. It was a wonderful stay. Definitely coming back. I don't remember telling them that it was my sons birthday, but sure enough a "Happy Birthday Cameron" cake was waiting and a bottle of wine on ice for me!! Made my day!!」

「Stayed here over Labor Day weekend and it was great. The host was quick to communicate and make himself available if we needed anything. Even had fresh ground coffee ready for us! While not in Taos, we were close to so many things, so the location turned out to be perfect, esp. for hiking and paddle boarding. Loved the hot tubs and sitting out there to watch the sun go down and the amazing sunsets! We are already talking about when we will go back!」
