「I’ve stayed here multiple times in the last year and the ice machine on the 3rd fort has never been fixed. Breakfast is basic. Rooms are clean though. Convent location.」

「The entry to the hotel was a little difficult to find. We tried to go through the doors on River Street, but you need a key card to get in. The concierge just ignored us at the door. The valet parking is $46 a day plus tax and tip. The public parking is more expensive, which is a joke. The valet attendant on Thursday and Friday was very attentive and she worked very hard to keep up. The attendants on Saturday and Sunday were overworked and it took a long time to get our car. 「I loved the helpfullness of the staff when it came to pointing out the amenities including the free breakfasts and 2 free drinks at the bar. I loved the fact that transportation was provided to the boat ride and trolley. We only drove when we went to dinner. The room was more than I expected because I was expecting 1 bed and was surprised to see 2. Overall, we were very pleased and will be staying again on our next visit.」

「Suffice it to say we did not have a good stay. In fact this hotel nearly ruined my attitude for our entire vacation. I had planned a long review to describe the issues, but my wife convinced me to let it go. However, my bottom line is that I will never stay at an AC Hotel again and we will tell all of our friends to avoid them as well.」

「Clean. Comfortable. Ice, TV with streaming, microwave, fridge. Free breakfast... All you can ask for. I had a small issue with the shower handle the came off, nothing crazy.」
