「Poorly maintained. Infestation of cockcoraches!」

「The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. 」

「I like the breakfast, very delicious Good experience and Good value for money」

「Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area.」

「very difficult to get deposit back. Very unprofessional. Checked out already three days ago still no curtesy to update on deposit transfer. 」

「OK」

「Check in not smooth at all. When to the room door cannot open room card issues. Aircon not cold at all funny noise from the Aircon .Safe box not working at all need to replace battery.. Phone to front desk not working at all. Need to go down and up the hotel to ask for help」

「1)No mirror in the room except on the toilet 2)toilet amenities not enough 3)poor flow of water towards the drainage resulting slippery floor & “ stagnant “ water 4)ordered items arrived much earlier but reception staff failed to inform us, resulted in us wasting time waited anxiously & thought supplier “ scam” us .」
