"The staff were considerate and friendly. The room was outdated but clean and neat. Entering the main entrance presented a poor first impression. Out of alignment and filthy. But, there is renovations in progress so perhaps they’ll repair them."

"This is our 4th time staying at this hotel and will be our last. The hotel has obviously had a change of management that does not have time time to take care of this property like previous visits."

"stayed with a large group and even though I had booked each party under their own names, everyone had an issue checking in, which totally affected my experience and ability to enjoy my time as everyone was arriving at different times, even after speaking to them upon my check in and confirming and verbally verifying the rooms and that everything was booked accordingly and was assured they would only need their id and I wouldn’t have to be available."
