「I stayed for 2 nights but was charged 3 nights. And still didn't get refund of the extra charged night 1 week after check out. The sofa bed is almost impossible to use and the springs are nearly not functioning 」

「This hotel is lovely. Clean, modern, nicely appointed. Our rooms were large. The restaurant was fantastic - great food and decor. The included continental breakfast was very good. The location in Kingston was charming. There are just 3 things keeping me from giving a 5 star review: first, it was not clear to us when booking that the rooms are in several buildings 2 blocks apart, so we hauled all our luggage out, put it back in the car, and hauled it out again - in the rain.
