"Property did show somewhere. Front desk manager check-in did not break a smile, but did his job. The following morning the front desk staff and café staff were terrific. The room was large."

"Our experience at The Inn at Charles Town - Hollywood Casino was better than at another Hollywood property. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom larger than most. Would have preferred the shower to have access to the fixtures without having to step into the shower. The breakfast wasn't as substantial as others. No eggs or meat, other than hard boiled eggs. The pancake maker was either broken or old as it took forever to make one. There is a $10/day fee that covers 2 waters and coffee in your room and the breakfast, business center and gym. I've found these amenities free at competing properties."

"Breakfast was amazing! Lots of selection more than normal. Waffles two ways, eggs, 2 types of sausage... The pool was clean and towels were stocked. Room was very clean and in good repair. Staff was friendly and helpful. No issues with bringing in our service dog or having him at breakfast."
