「The price and location are good. But this property has an entire floor of rooms with no windows - or a window that opens to a literal brick wall with no light whatsoever!! When moved to a new room when our mini fridge did not work, we were moved to another room without a window. Tell customers that ahead of time!」

「The pool heater was broken and this was the one thing my kids were looking forward to. Room was good though. 」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
