"The property is located on a scenic Island just a short driving distance away from Eureka Springs and is surrounded by picturesque views. It’s a very quiet and safe neighborhood and captures the essence and beauty of the Ozarks. Communication was good but slow however the property was as described and we highly recommend it for anyone needing three bedrooms and plenty of living space but it is definitely not within walking distance so keep that in mind when choosing your stay. "The property rooms accommodations are nice but the stairs were an issue for an elderly person in our party so we had to make other accommodations for them, and the property had no hot water so we were only able to stay one night and elected to go home early and not stay the extra planned day since showers were not possible but needed due being in the lake. "
