「We were extremely pleased with our stay in AC by Marriott Hotel Honolulu. The hotel is located in a very good location if you are going on a cruise. It was a 20 minutes walk to the pier 2 cruise terminal from hotel. The hotel was not in a congested area. It was a quiet hotel and we got a good nights sleep, The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner got the room cool. The area around hotel and the hotel itself was very clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. 」

「It is a lovely condo, and a pleasant 10 minute stroll to to several beautiful beaches. One small inconvenience-- the coffee maker did not work. We called the property management office on the first day to request a replacement. We never heard back from them...」

「This unit was less than average. We were very disappointed to hear that this property would not provide us an extra roll of toilet paper and paper towel. After spending over $2,000 to stay here, we would expect to see an extra roll under the sink or even provided to us after calling the front office or management. Instead we were told that "the property only provides a starter kit." Being that this is a condo, we do cook meals here and treat this place as a home, so one would expect to see at...
