「AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night for a switch. I tried calling reception twice on separate times with no answer. Checked out finally. Spent two days sweltering. Worst experience in my 5 days around Ireland so far.」

「This hotel had no air conditioning on days when the temperatures went above 23*C. A small fan was provided which was not enough to cool the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep at nights. The location is great and breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again however the hotel should consider adding A/C for the hot summer days」

「There’s no AC in the middle of summer of July! They could not even provide a fan! Breakfast could be better. I asked a staff since there are steps to go to the elevator and we have big luggages. He just pointed to the direction of the elevator instead of helping me with the luggage to the stairs. The hotel is not for people with disabilities」

「Collette at the fromt desk was a rockstar! She moved her car so we could park, just very special. Room was veey clean, everything worked and a nice cafe connected to the hotel! Right in town, simple stroll to all the pubs and atractions. I would definetly stay again!」
