「Great location, modern and clean facilities and rooms.the staff were very helpful and kind.」

「AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night for a switch. I tried calling reception twice on separate times with no answer. Checked out finally. Spent two days sweltering. Worst experience in my 5 days around Ireland so far.」

「Wonderful stay in a crowded tourist area. Beds were plush and warm. Room was beautiful with lounging bathtub. Drapes made of the most beautiful wool! Staff were happy and helpful in spite of all the tours coming in. We were not in a tourist group. Amazing location! Parked the car and walked to mills/store and all around the castle grounds.
