「The hotel is a very nice one. Breakfast was impressive and delicious. So many choices were offered, mostly healthy ones. The room was spacious and clean, and it met our needs. Some family members said the beds were too hard. My daughter and I were surprised at the lack of a full-length mirror. The staff was helpful and friendly.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Salt Lake City Cottonwood. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—close to the mountains, downtown, and lots of great dining options in the area. 「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」
