"Great"

"Very nice room. Seemed very clean. Only issue is when the people on the floor above me occupied their room, the noise from their walking on the floor above was very distinct/loud. Heels clicking loudly, squeaks/creaks from every footfall were heard clearly. Even the creaking of them going up the outside stairs was disturbing. Didn’t last long but woke me up. "

"I was hit with allergy attack from NY pollen and mold. The front desk ladies could bot have been any nicer in helping me with correct OTC meds and advice. I was better by morning!"

"Staff was very nice and courteous. I have a question about the charge I paid more than what was on my Expedia they told some kind of insurance and I will get credited. But when???"

"The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very nice. My one complaint is we had to ask for everything. Rooms were not cleaned once, we had to ask for additional towels, ran out of toilet paper had to ask twice for more. Our room was 79 degrees was we arrived, air conditioning was not working so we were moved to another room. By the end of the stay, those small things were inconvenient."

"Property was a newer property behind an office complex so it was fairly quiet and easily navigable on a weekend. Close to the highway so on/off was convenient. "

"This hotel is lovely. Clean, modern, nicely appointed. Our rooms were large. The restaurant was fantastic - great food and decor. The included continental breakfast was very good. The location in Kingston was charming. There are just 3 things keeping me from giving a 5 star review: first, it was not clear to us when booking that the rooms are in several buildings 2 blocks apart, so we hauled all our luggage out, put it back in the car, and hauled it out again - in the rain. "The staff was excellent. No parking; you will have to park in a public lot. Place was clean and very quaint. It was also quiet. The was no bathtub and the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. My daughters and I enjoyed it very much!"
