「Dark elevator, dirty pool, pool jets not circulating, no pool towels, (had to go ask), ceiling falling apart in pool area- looked like mold. Ice machines didn’t work. One microwave only on 1 floor- 3rd . Coffee set up in room- sugar and cream hard as a rock. Room across us had roaches and the people had to be moved. Gentleman up front was great, always apologetic but a lady who maybe had her daughter there at the bar were having issues, and she didn’t help us when we came in - visiting with...

「PLEASE!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. We walked into our room and instantly walked out it was SO BAD. I went to the front desk to get a refund and THREE others were there to try to get a refund and cancel their stay too!! It was so so bad!! Hair everywhere, a weird mystery stain on the floor, crumbs everywhere, and mold allllll around the shower drain! So nasty. And the front desk people were no help at all and refused to give anyone a refund.」

「Too much mold in the room in the restroom ceiling and AC. AC was on 61 and it was still not cold enough. Restroom granite walls felt slimy like they haven't been scrubbed. I went to buy my own bleach to scrub it. Restroom door did not close because it was swollen from bottom due to the water that spills out because the shower curtains are too small. There was also dead bug on the wall. It looked like someone smacked it and just left it on the wall and it hasn't been cleaned up. Pool was full of...
