"This place is perfect! The kitchen was clean and had all the essentials needed to create meals. Big refrigerator/freezer with ice maker was great! The bedrooms are very nice with comfortable beds. Plenty of extra towels on hand. The outside front deck with patio table and comfortable chairs was a perfect place to hang out, eat and play card games. "The property is very functional and served our needs well. It could use some sprucing up and a little more detail to cleaning. There's a very unpleasant odor in the front entryway that leads down to the lower floor. Could possibly be coming from the washer. Floor coverings in basement are pretty dated. Again, we want to express that the property served our needs well. Thank you. "

"The 2 bedroom apt was perfect size and fully furnished along with starter pack of essentials for cleaning needs. Broken fan and no window screens put a damper on the hot days and evenings that we were there. Buy bug spray for mosquitos. Need updated frying pans. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. "
