Plumerville 3 Stars Hotels

"This is an older property. The outside of building looked dirty and run down. Lobby and desk area where up to date and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was questionable. It had been painted but bedding was minimal and looked wore out. Curtains had wear holes in them chair was stained and looked dirty. The a/c worked fine. The toilet while updated was very low to ground definitely not good for someone with mobility problems. "

"I stayed here because the website (hotels.com) lists them as having electric car charging. I didn't find one. I asked the front desk guy. He replied: I'm new here. I don't know anything about that. Had I known they didn't have one or couldn't tell guest where it was, I would have chosen another property."

"No warning when booking that this hotel is under construction. They have workers working until dark, so if you need quiet or peace this is not the place. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. The front desk attendant huffed and puffed when I asked for a receipt for some snacks I bought with cash. "
