「My husband and I just stayed at the Aloft in Asheville last week and absolutely loved everything about it! We travel quite often & this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed. The rooms were super nice, bed comfortable, bathroom great. The staff was super friendly, check in and out were smooth. The location was awesome and super central to all these downtown happenings. We walked next door to their sister hotel and had dinner watching the most amazing sunset on the rooftop restaurant....

「False advertising regarding a few of the amenities. I picked this place because of the outside rooftop pool and on site restaraunt would be convenient with the handicapped person in our party. The queen size bed had no fitted sheets....it was a flat sheet and it was shortsheeted. The hot tub was closed off by yellow tape, and the pool was at the top of a hill and 15 steps, not anywhere near handicap friendly. The restaurant you boasted about where we could go down or order room service isnt...

「For the price? This hotel and staff delivered above expectations. It is close to a bunch of stuff in the Asheville area, including Sierra Nevada. Ignore the construction and proximity to the airport. We never heard a thing.」
