「I did not know they allow dogs, for me that is a negative because someone across the hallway has 2 dogs that keeps fighting. Really sure it is going to be a sleepless night. The resort could use a facelift.」

「Room was very clean and the second floor was very quiet. Also enjoyed the breakfast and was close to Biltmore Estate and the Antique Malls. I will definitely stay there again. 」

「The property was nice and cozy, and a fun Birthday Getaway. The elevator needs some work, the doors either closed fast when we were trying to load the cart full of our belongings, or super slow without tje cart. Otherwise, we loved staying there.」

「Room was very comfortable - could have used a lounge chair. Bathroom was spacious, had great amenities and the multi head shower with great pressure was awesome. Valet parking was prompt and accessible and the front desk staff were pleasant and eager to please. My one VERY MINOR complaint was they didn't leave coffee pods when cleaning the room so had to go down stairs for my morning coffee. Like I said, minor. Very happy with our stay overall.」
