"This is a very large and older hotel but they have done a great job of making the most of it. Staff were super friendly and helpful and greeted us every time we came through the lobby. The room was comfortable and bed was clean and good pillows! Great rates too"

"Breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel self-serve. Place was clean and spacious. Bed was adequate(not wonderful for me, but I'm picky). My daughter and I also used the pool. Pretty basic, but no complaints there. Plenty of towels to dry off with . Would be happy to stay again. The only drawback was I think the prices were higher than usual, because we stayed one week after the tornado hit. The prices seemed inflated"

"Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. It’s bad enough that when you shower, it smells up the entire house. The odor does not linger on your person but the water isn’t tolerable to drink. Use the britta pitcher in the...
