"Beds were comfy and clean. Definitely not new- door in bathroom was real rusted on lower area, facilities clearly used. Kind of an average experience."

"We stayed overnight at the Avon Inn on our wedding night and were immediately thrilled with the ease of check-in (we arrived late and were provided with a code to retrieve our key from a lock box). Once we got to our room (120), we were very excited by the beauty of the space! The room was large with tall ceilings, a large bed, a fireplace, a TV with streaming services, and a lovely bathroom. Our favorite part of our stay, though, was BY FAR the bed. The king bed was amazingly comfortable, but...

"This location seems like a relatively new build. Everything is pristine. Small hotel but lovely staff who are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is simple but adequate to get you going in the morning. Would absolutely recommend this location. 10 minutes to Geneseo, quick and easy. "

"This is the perfect place to stay when visiting SUNY Geneseo. Lovely room, charming overall vibe. Sit down breakfast from 8-10a, really well done. And the kicker: a superb brew pub right next door, mellow not rowdy. Really glad we stayed here and will be back!"

Would highly recommend! It was half the price as the hotels during graduation and a bigger better room (King and one twin with attached bedroom)."
