"This hotel is nice and clean, and the room was very spacious. I did like that it was really close to Levi Stadium where the concert I was attending was and parking was free. The one thing I did not like is that breakfast was extra and that 150 deposit was put on my credit card although it was stated on the site when I booked so I could plan for it. "

"HMB lodge is a hidden gem with beautiful clean rooms, private balconies and many more wonderful amenities. The location is perfect, near a beautiful beach, restaurants and a spa. This is my go to spot whenever I am visiting family in the area."

"Great view. Great unexpected amenities like spa robes and slippers. Patio furniture was comfortable for prime ocean viewing. This was our second stay and we lucked out that this time we had amazing views of the fireworks for the big dippers 100th bday celebration. So fun. We will be back "

"The only thing that we didn’t like was that the toilet was so close to the ground. I am not really tall and it bothered me but my husband is 6”4 and it was really hard on him. Otherwise everything was fine the staff was very friendly and the property was great. Just need higher toilets. "

"I was pleasantly surprised staying here after reading some reviews that weren’t too favorable. The staff was friendly, room was quiet considering being right on El Camino real. Plenty of parking, facility was clean outside and inside. Walking distance to several fast food places as well as cheese steak restaurant and a ramen place that was sadly closed. Walking distance to Cal Train station. Car wash next door which was a bonus as car needed to be washed.I would definitely stay here again if in...

"Room door has a little gap, bed was okay for me. Husband liked it, i prefer a bit more cushion. It was comfortable to sleep on, not hard. Love their floral patio with the fire pit. It was clean and a nice stay! Overall I would stay there again. "
