「Pool wasn’t clean, not told about construction going on on the floor we were on. Construction started at 7:30 in the morning and continued until about 8pm. TV in the bathroom didn’t work. Jacuzzi tub was very loud. Pool was cloudy. Staff was very nice」

「Staff was helpful and welcoming when I got there. The room was all that I expected and more. I was absolutely delighted with the whirlpool tub. Breakfast was abundant and more than I could eat. Everything was cooked to perfection. I cannot say enough good about this hotel it was the high point of all of my stays for this trip.」

「One thing about Block Island hotels is that they are very old. Taking that into consideration you must understand that the walls are very thin to the point it sounds like other people are in the same room!!! You can hear full on conversations and other stuff!! For over 24 hours the person in the room against our head board left their phone on and left. It vibrated against our wall all night long!!! The next morning it was still going off every 45 minutes or so. By noon it started vibrating...
