「They give you like no towels. Very very stingy on that. They gave us only 2 normal towels and wash cloths then when we asked for more, they said they didn’t have any and gave us two tiny thin pool towels. They also didn’t come by to clean the room at all, not that it was necessarily “dirty” but having new towels and touch up’s would have been nice for the price paid」

「It is an older property. The staff were nice but 2 major flaws. The hot was extremely unregulated. It would constantly go from seari f hot to cold within minutes and then again go up. The wifi was NO GOOD. Ended up hotspotting the entire time. No I did not complain as there was no time.」

「We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.」

「Good location for shopping and dining.... Awesome staff !!」

「Breakfast stopped right on 900am which suppose to be open until 10am. 」

「这是我第一次xuanzed」

「We had a problem with the refridgerator being loud so we had disturbed sleep. I spoke with the night manager who stepped up and had the unit replaced and also removed the resort fees from our bill. OUTSTANDING job !!!!!!!!!」
