「The hotel lobby was clean and well maintained, but the room was unpleasant and smelled like wet carpet. Washcloths were unavailable, and the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Communication was also difficult due to language barriers. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not stay at this hotel again.」

「The entire hotel had no water for more than 12 hours they did nothing about it just keep telling us to wait, we had to check out after one night and they didn’t even compensate us in any way, we had to look for another hotel near by to stay, they should fix the hotel before accepting more guest, terrible experience with them」
