「El Hotel es Excelente, en especial el personal. Mucha predisposición para atender y subsanar las dudas. El único inconveniente que tuve fue, al momento de solicitar una factura, ya que necesito justificar los gastos a la empresa que represento, motivo por el que viaje, no pudieron hacermela, ya que debía realizarlo Despegar o Expedia (Empresas/Web a través de las cuales accedí a la reserva y abone la estadía. Alguien puede decirme donde reclamar la misma??? Gracias」
