「They cancelled without telling me」

「Nice spot overall but some issues. Unfortunately, the tub had not been cleaned in quite some time so we were unable to use it. There were remaining short hairs and black slime came out of the jets. Cringe. I also could not get the gas fireplace to turn on. Overall the room needed a fresh clean and restock of linen and provided shower items like conditioner. I did let the friendly front desk know who said they would ensure the ground level was gone through.」

「The steps on the stairs are metal bars - like at a ski resort. They are treacherous and my 60 lb dog refused to go down them. I had to carry her down 2 flights and I knew I couldn't be doing that safely in the dark. Luckily they had one first floor room available for $100 more. (plus the $30 pet fee I'd already paid.) 「Room was nicer than it looked in the pictures! Bedding was really soft, room was very clean, and staff were really nice. I really like that there’s an adults only hour in their pool and they have a bar downstairs! Would definitely stay again.」
