「Front desk staff were excellent, very personable and efficient. However, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 7:15AM!!! That is WAY too early to be disturbing people to clean a room! When I informed the front desk lady upon checking out she was very apologetic and said she would say something to them and even offered to make it up to me somehow. I didn't need anything but appreciated her effort in trying to make things right. But management should tell housekeeping not to knock on doors...
